Party leaders and Premiers depicted include Robert Bourassa, Lucien Bouchard, Joe Clark, Grant Devine, Gilles Duceppe, Don Getty, Michael Harcourt, Preston Manning, Jacques Parizeau, Brian Tobin, and Bill Vander Zalm. International politicians portrayed include George Bush, Bill Clinton, Saddam Hussein, Manuel Noriega, Ronald Reagan, and Margaret Thatcher.
