The sub-series consists almost entirely of incoming and copies of outgoing correspondence and memoranda, with some personal and professional promotional material included. The early files include many letters of congratulation to Kareda, from others in the theatre community and cultural sphere, on his appointment to the artistic directorship of the Tarragon Theatre. Subsequent files contain correspondence with other theatre directors, with actors looking for work, and with a variety of arts professionals regarding recommendations, grants, awards and juries. The files also contain correspondence with Tarragon subscribers regarding their opinions of theatrical performances they have attended.
