General Note:

The accession consists of a master and three copies of 35 mm reels M-1501 to M-1572. The reels contain a mixture of architectural and technical drawings, cartographic material, and textual records. The master copy is stored at the Ottawa Federal Record Centre under accession 85-146., Each reel contains a reel index and three index maps: SK254, Cité-du-Havre and Victoria Autopark; SK255, Ile-Sainte-Hélène; and SK2566 Ile-Notre-Dame and Longueil Autopark. These maps show the projects by reference number., Each reel carries the disclaimer that "Many frames are duplicated on this film. In most cases this was done to ensure optimum readability of the film."

The microfilm were produced by the Central Microfilm Unit, Public Archives of Canada under contract C.C.W.E.7-5949/1 for the Canadian Corporation for 1967 Exhibition.

Custodial history:

Transferred from the Federal Archives Division in March 1985.
