The following records are being processed to permanent:

Registration boxes 1 to 4 contained miscellaneous reports from No. 1 Constructing Engineering Unit (CEU) Reference Library, 1956-1976. These boxes will be brought directly to permanent in R112 volumes 30977 to 30980.

Registration boxes 5 to 8 relate to Summary of Intelligence Militia Districts and Naval Services HQ, 1940-1948. These boxes will be brought directly to permanent in R112 volumes 31017 to 31020.

Registration boxes 9 to 12 relate to documents from Defence Research Medical Laboratories, 1940-1955. These boxes will be brought directly to permanent in R112 volumes 31013 to 31016.

Registration boxes 32 to 49 relate to Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment (AETE) Test Reports, 1931-1969. They will brought directly to permanent in R112 volumes 30983 to 31000.

Registration boxes 50 to 61 contained CMHQ, Section War Diaries, 1940-1947. They will be brought directly to permanent in R112 volumes 31001 to 31012.

Registration box 63 contained the complete set of Historical Diaries of RCAF Station Holberg (1954-1967) including many photographs. These will be brought directly to permanent in R112 volume 30981.

Registration box 63 also contained files relating to general administration, management, policies and directives,1974-1997. The records were created and/or maintained by the CMA - Central Militia Area HQ and include records from Central Registy Ottawa MD HQ (Ottawa), Northern Ontario MD (Sault-Ste-Marie), Ottawa District HQ and Central Militia HQ (Ottawa). They will be brought directly to permanent in R112 volume 31021., The following records remain at the accession level:

BAN boxes 1-19 (Registration boxes 13 to 31) contain miscellaneous files from CFB Kingston and others Institutions based in Kingston, including Royal Canadian School of Signals; Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineering School (RCEME); HQ of Eastern Ontario Area; Central Command Provost Company; Picton Detachment. The date range of these records is 1947-1969.

BAN box 20 (registration box 62) contains Audio/Visual Material covering the following subjects : Dieppe; Bataille du Saint-Laurent; Voodoo Mission; NORAD; BCATP. The date range of these records 1962-1987.
