Fonds consists of three documents relating to lots on the St. Regis (Akwesasne) Indian reserve, Charlottenburgh Township, Glengarry County including lease of lots 11 and 12, concession 17, by the St. Regis Indians to David McDougall, 1817; private deed of sale of lots 9 and 10, concession 17, by Ewen McEwen to David McDougall's son Peter McDougall, 1845; and Crown grant of lots 9 to 12, concession 17, to Peter McDougall, with letter of transmission from D.C. Napier to McDougall, 1850.
