1. According to the release form provided to LAC, the rights, title, interest and copyright were assigned to “Her Majesty”, the physical ownership was retained by “Her Majesty” and the tape recordings and the 111-page transcript were opened for research as of publication of Stursberg’s book on Lester B. Pearson entitled Lester Pearson and the dream of unity, published in 1978.~2. The finding aid stated that this was closed, except with permission of Peter Stursberg, until 31 December 1980.~3. The contents of the finding aid are now in this database.
