These item level descriptions include content extracted from the original report including the location and time of the accident. If applicable, the name of the aircraft owner and the pilot may also be found in the subject heading fields. Please note that the date field refers to the date of the accident and not the date that the report was created.

The title for the documents in this file were assigned by Library and Archives Canada. Item level titles consist of the aircraft registration number followed by the aircraft model.

The physical arrangement of these reports was done by Library and Archives Canada staff. They have been organized into file folders by the year of the accident and are arranged in numerical order by serial number. This number was assigned to each report by the Department of Transport.
