Bailey & Co., ca. 1889; carte-de-visite album of prominent British and Canadian statesmen, clergy, and royalty; Parliament Buildings, Ottawa, Ont.; St. James Cathedral, Toronto, Ont. Son of James Macqueen and Mary B., educated at Appleby School, Oackville, Ont; Cambridge University, English B.A., 1927; Universsity of Toronto, M.A., 1933; married Ellen Margaret, daughter of A.D. Crooks, Sept. 1931; one son, John Robert; Member of the staff of Upper Canada College, Toronto, Ont. since 1933; served in Cambridge University Air Squadron; Anglican; Club Muskoka Lakes Golf and Country.
