Collection consists of a series of stereo views of Canada by various photographers. Some areas include Battle Harbour, Labrador; Quebec City/Montreal, Quebec; Guelph/Belleville/Port Hope, Ontario; Saint John, New Brunswick; and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Also available are glass negatives which document the Rideau Canal, Ottawa, Ontario; and winter views in Quebec.

Photographs were taken by the following people/companies: W. Notman, W. & J. Notman, Louis-Prudent Vallée, R. Maynard, J.G. Parks, C.R. Chisholm, J.R. Woodburn, H.C. White, M.H. Zahner, J. McLure, Alexander Henderson, Climo, Barnum, Underwood & Underwood, Keystone View Company, C. Dion & Co., London Stereoscopic Co., Brock & Co., and Duffin & Caswell.
