Fonds consists of photographs and postcards from the University of Ottawa Libraries collection. Material has been divided into a series entitled University of Ottawa Libraries Collection.

Also included in fonds are posters. Posters have been divided into a separate series entitled University of Ottawa Poster Collection.

Fonds also consists of moving images and sound recordings documenting conference proceedings, poetry readings, lecture talks, panel discussions with guest speakers, various meetings, and symposiums; a CBC documentary television series and one film produced by the University of Ottawa. Material has been divided into a separate series entitled Moving images and sound recordings. Included with the sound recordings are interview transcripts. These are located in Vol. 1, textual records.
