Sub-series consists of administration and miscellaneous files. During the first sixty years of the High Commission the High Commission assumed a number of new functions and duties and the Commission staff continued to grow. To monitor and control this growth and these additional functions, administrative subject files were created. The records consist of files on salaries, accounts, insurance and estimates. There is also information here on 'distressed' Canadians requiring travel assistance from the High Commission.
