The footage was shot at the signing of the Manitoba Agreement, December 5, 1956 in Winnipeg. Signatories include the Premier of Manitoba Douglas L. Campbell and Inco Vice-President Henry S. Wingate. The Agreement was a pre-requisite to Inco's development of the Mystery and Moak Lake areas of Manitoba.
