Le fonds comprend l'engagement par Jean Bourbon de Louis Robineau dit Le Breton, Toussaint Theriau dit Lagrange et Denis [Chevillard] dit Argencourt, maçons, pour la construction d'un corps de logis dans le fort, Québec, 24 novembre 1647 (3 pages). On y retrouve aussi une procuration de J. Bourbon à sa femme Anne Gasnier, 15 avril 1657 (3 pages). Les deux documents sont signés par toutes les parties.
