Jenkins, Charles W., fl. 1882-1883 : Charles W. Jenkins was born and educated in Scotland, emigrating to Canada in 1869. He was manager of Ontario Lands and Oil Company, and director of Northern Life Assurance Co. in Petrolea, Ontario. He served on local school boards and on Petrolea's town council, but was unsuccessful in a bid for the E. Lambton seat in the 1904 election. Morgan, Henry.
