Television documentary film on the Doukhobors of Canada. This second program deals with the Doukhobors today, their way of life in the 1960's, and the various factions among them - Independents, Orthodox Doukhobors, and Sons of Freedom, the difficulties that have arisen between the Doukhobors & the Canadian government, & possible solutions. Includes still photographs & film seqs. on Doukhobor settlements, and a history on the involvement of the Sons of Freedom in sensational protest marches, nude parades, house burnings & dynamitings of railway lines & bridges; also, filmed interviews on Doukhobor history & beliefs, with: Stuart M.
