Il est à noter que le projet de rénovation originel date de 1969 et a été réalisé par l'artiste Frédérick Back. Il n'y a pas de documents textuels en lien avec le projet de 1969, mais dans le dossier photographies on peut apercevoir la réalisation de Frédéric Back.
