This sub-series contains records pertaining to the complete monthly schedule of Allan Rock as Minister of Health and Minister of Industry between December 1993 and January 2004. The records of this sub-series consist of monthly schedules printed on legal paper. Each page contains a calendar for a single month showing all the events attended by Allan Rock in his role as Minister. On Allan Rock's monthly schedules, all the main daily events to which the minister participated are identified, such as meetings, trips in Canada and abroad, attendance in the House of Commons, social events, caucus meetings and parliamentary committee meetings. Moreover, due to recurring changes in the Minister's schedule, several versions of the same monthly schedule can be found in this sub-series. The donor joined all the different versions of the monthly schedule with clips, so the archivist preserved all of the schedules and organized them in a single folder per month. Handwritten notes can be found on those versions.

Arrangement note:

The monthly schedule were all stacked in a single folder by the donor, and each version of a monthly schedule was clipped together. To clarify the content for research purpose, the archivist generated folders on a monthly basis to facilitate research. Therefore, each folder in this sub-series contains all the versions of the Minister's monthly schedule between December 1993 and January 2004, inclusively.
