This sub-series contains files pertaining to Allan Rock's travel as Minister of Justice and Attorney general of Canada between 1993 and 1997. The archival records of this sub-series comes from several boxes containing detailed expenses reports generated by the minister's office regarding his trip. While the expense reports have been disposed because they did not contain any valuable historical information (financial records), some documents were preserved because they attested of the work done by the minister during his official trips as Minister of Justice. The records presents the daily schedule and the trip itineraries of Allan Rock while carrying his official businesses as Minister of Justice during his travels.

Furthermore, the date in the title of the folders refers to the time the expense report was generated. Finally, because the original records were not solely dedicated to the minister's trips, this sub-series does not cover the full extent of the trips Allan Rock did.

The title of the folders for this sub-series has been preserved. Additional information has been added to offer more context to the itineraries.

Records consist of, but are not limited to, scheduling material, emails, correspondence, planning, itineraries, transcripts and news releases from the trips, memoranda, briefing notes, contact lists and agendas.
