Alphabetically arranged; includes name, S.R.B. No. I.& P.S. or E.R. & I.A. No., place of birth, date of birth, nationality, date eligible for pension, dept. station, occupation, rate of pay, effective date (for pay rate, cause of leaving, date pensioned, record of nonappearance on payrolls. Centres noted: Belleville Station, Kingston, Cobourg, Niagara Falls, Trenton, Toronto.

Employee occupations include labourer, track men, callers, section men, coal handlers, ashpit men, librarian, etc.
