File consists of employment opportunity notifications circulated by the Office of the Prime Minister - Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) unit. The job postings were collected for distribution by the Executive Assistant to the DCOS on behalf of various offices, including the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), Ministers' offices (MINO), the Office of the Leader of the Government in the Senate, the Office of the President of the Treasury Board of Canada, and the Conservative Resource Group. Recipients included, for example, individuals who had submitted resumes to the PMO, MINO, and MP offices; former staffers impacted by cabinet shuffles; or current staffers seeking new opportunities. Records are organized in two sections: distribution lists (recipient emails) and employment opportunities (job descriptions and posting requests, arranged by position title). Note that this function was previously undertaken by the PMO's Personnel and Administration unit before being taking over by the DCOS unit in 2013.
