This sub-sub series consists of the Office of the Clerk of the Privy Council's (PCO-CLR) side of the WebCIMS database system. It contains the exported database data in five Excel sheets and the born-digital and scanned correspondence related to the database entries. The Clerk's Office received letters from VIPs or discussing highly sensitive issues.

Digital records received in the following file format(s): 10081 TIF (3.08 GB), 213 PDF (307.54 MB) and 5 XLS (4.87 MB).

Arrangement note:

Archivists have retained the original order of the exported database to ensure that records referenced in the Excel files can be connected to their related "attachments".

The sub-series is arranged chronologically and by type of correspondence. PMC is for incoming and PMR is for outgoing correspondence.

File path information provides an intellectual and physical link between the database entries and the related correspondence.
