There are files in this sub-series on the federal government's "Participation Program", whose objective was to stimulate civic consciousness and participation in government in both public and governmental spheres. There are files, including one on the Beaupré Report, dealing with MP salaries. Another run of files address various issues in the area of Federal-Provincial Relations. An important element in this sub-series are the memo files written by Allan J. MacEachen's advisors on various issues, files by Jackson, files by MacEachern, and one file each by Yanover and Van Dusen.
