General note:

Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by Ridley Terminals Inc. These records comprise the email correspondence of the senior executives responsible for the management of RTI in its last remaining days as a federal government institution, before its transfer to new owners on December 19, 2019. The emails mostly include the inbox and outbox contents of Marc Dulude, President & CEO, Cordell Dixon, Senior Controller (Administration), and Dennis Blake, Senior Manager (Operations).

Chronologically, these records follow the collection of senior executive correspondence records found in accession BAN no. 2019-00675-8. These therefore comprise a second wave of executive correspondence records.

Records were transferred to LAC by the Information Systems Coordinator / Administrator at RTI located in Prince Rupert, BC.
