General note:

This file contains architectural and design drawings of the France pavilion which was designed and built for Expo 67. This structure was intended as a temporary foreign government-sponsored structure located in Expo Area: Ile Notre-Dame. The pavilion consisted of seven circular stories arranged around a central space. The first floor contained a restaurant, cinema, conference rooms and administrative offices. The upper levels contained an art gallery and exhibits devoted to science, industry and technology. The owner and/or contracting body of the pavilion was the French Government. The design architect was Jean Faugeron, Paris, France; the local associate architect was Andre Blouin, Montreal. Project Type: National and Private Participants = Participants nationaux et privés.
