The speech is translated into English by Mme. Dion of Montreal. Mlle MATHIEU etait introduit par le president du reunion, M. Jean PARE de Montreal. Discours par M. Napoleon BRISARD au sujet de relations internationales, la paix et la justice sociale la responsabilite humaine pour la paix; Quebec, le besoin pour la democratie sociale, la lutte pait la justice sociale; travail, les droits des travailleurs les esprits des travailleurs. The speech is translated into English by Mme. Dion et l'orateu etait introduit par Jean Pare, le president du reunion. Mme. MARTOUSSI etait un delegue au Assemble du Monde Pour la Paix a Helsinki. The message from the Vietnamese peace committee was read in English by the Chairman Jean PARE. Speech by Ray GARDINER, delegate from British Columbia to the Canadian Peace Congress. British Columbia, relations with fishermen in China relations with fishermen in Japan; Fisheries, fishing rights conflict in B .C.; British Columbia, peace movement activities in B.C. ; Japan, letter from Mayor of Hiroshima; international relations, nuclear disarmament campaign, correspondence with Mayor of Hiroshima. Mr. GARDINER read a letter to the Canadian Peace Congress from the Mayor of Hiroshima in remembrance of the 5th anniversary of the dropping of the atomic bomb on that city, Mr. Gardiner also read his reply to the letter written on behalf of the Canadian Peace Congress and introduced a tape message recorded by a prominent Japanese Senator for distribution to peace groups throughout English-speaking world. (The recording was not picked up by the tape recorder at the Congress). Announcement by Bruce MICKLEBOROUGH, Publicity Director of Canadian Peace Congress. Changes in the agenda for the day's session and about possible exchange of tape recordings of speeches given at this forum for those supplied by Japanese peace movement.
