The accession includes, but is not limited to records relating to: allegations and complaints; band management, including minutes of council; rights and treaties, including land entitlements; economic development, including the Canadian Aboriginal Economic Development Strategy (CAEDS), and work programs/job creation; education, including nominal roll, funding, education reform, New Paths for Education, performance measurement and reporting, post secondary education, special initiatives, employment of teachers, youth employment and development, primary and secondary school education, and special education services; daily transportation of school children; environmental protection, including mining and sustainable development; environmental assessments, including projects and training; environmental professional development; contaminants, including Federal Contaminated Sites Inventory (FCSI); oil and gas storage tanks; environmental Acts and regulations; estates and wills; litigation, including test case funding, reports and studies, flood portfolio, post Delgamuukw decision, contingent liability, and specific cases; policing; taxation; land agreements, including Western Northlands Agreement, individual land holdings; individual land and sites, including cemetary sites, church land, historical sites, school land, parks and playgrounds, and band building sites; leases and permits; rights of way, including power line, railroad, road, and telephone rights of way; surveys and reserves; natural resources, including mining and structural minerals (sand and gravel); social activities, including treaty celebrations; Inuit arts and crafts, including literature and linguistics; social development; assisted living, including institutional care/personal care homes, the mentally and physically disabled, homemaker program, and assisted living program; community social services, including homemaker services; child and family services; children's programs, including the National Child Benefit, the Early Childhood Benefit, and Children Initiatives; health services; income support, including family allowance, child tax credits, statistics and reports, and special needs; income assistance, including appeals, program review, and statistics and reports; and income security reform, including income assistance and demonstration projects.
