The records in this accession consists of files created and maintained by the Canadian Commander of Fleet (CANCOMFLT). CANCOMFLT was responsible for overall fleet operations, reporting directly to the Commander of Maritime Command. This position existed for a limited period during the late 1980s and early 1990s.
