Sub-series consists of a variety of undated documents (likely dating to the 1850s and 1860s) that relate to aspects of the construction of the B and O railway line. Included within this sub-series are: 1."books of reference" for various segments of the line, providing details with regards to the course or direction of the railway line and lists of landowners the line passes through; 2. list of railway trustees and directors for a nearby railway (the St. Laurence and Ottawa Land and Railway Company); 3. various notes and memos relating to leases and finances.
