Canada. Dept. of Justice. Employment and Immigration Commission : The Employment and Immigration Commission Legal Services Unit provided on-site legal services to the Commission. Senior lawyers in the Legal Services Unit participated in client departmental executive and management committees by providing advice on policies and programs as they evolved, and by taking an active part in helping clients shape policy and reach decisions.
