This sub-sub-series documents the activities of the Prime Minister's executive assistant, Jim Pimblett, and his team through emails exchanged with various correspondents between 2004 and 2006.

The sub-sub-series contains emails (32,006 emails in total) as well as the electronic agendas of the executive assistant, Jim Pimblett, and his assistant, Mireille Bonnerot, for their email addresses at the Privy Council Office (xxx@pco-bcp.gc.ca) and the Prime Minister's Office (xxx@pmo-cpm.gc.ca).

The content of the email boxes offers a look at the work carried out daily by the executive assistant's office and Jim Pimblett's role during the 2005-2006 election campaign. The electronic agendas give a near-hourly account of how the executive assistant and his assistant spent their time.
