This accession contains records created or collected in the office of Louise Robert, Provincial Manager of the Job Creation Branch (later Employment Development Branch) of the B.C. Regional Office (Manpower). They consist of one file analyzing L.I.P. program allocations in B.C. for 1976-77, including tabulations of activities by federal constituency; two files on a proposed reorganization of the financial structure of the Pacific Region Manpower and UIC services, 1977; an essay on O.F.Y. special projects in the Fraser Valley; press releases on Young Canada Works projects in B.C., 1978; a file on Regional Office employee injury claims before the Workman's Compensation Board, 1976-77; a file of long distance telephone call logs and directives thereon; and "day files" containing carbon copies of office correspondence and original reports on Manpower topics from 1 January to 31 October 1976.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
