News conference held by Jean-Luc Pépin, Head of the Inflation Review Board, and Beryl Plumper, Deputy Head of the Inflation Review Board and former Head of the Food Prices Review Board, after the announcement of the establishment of the Inflation Review Board under their joint leadership.
