Also in attendance were: Eugene Whelan, Minister of Agriculture; Jack Horner, Minister of Industry, Trade and Commerce; [Norma Price], Minister of Tourism for the Province of Manitoba; and [Mr. Craig], Minister of Agriculture for the Province of Manitoba. Lessard chaired the conference and made an opening statement. Statements were also made by Horner, Craig and Price about the federal provincial agreements.
