Transitional Jobs Fund : By working in collaboration with partners such as the provinces, regional economic development agencies, other federal government departments, community partners and the private sector, the objective of the Transitional Jobs Fund is to create long-term sustainable jobs for individuals in high unemployment areas affected by the employment insurance reform by supporting job creation projects designed to improve economic conditions of those affected communities and individuals.
