The Annual General meeting (AGM) is attended by delegates from each Centre and each PTA. The president of the NAFC presides as chairperson of annual general meetings. Every delegate and member of the Board of Directors are entitled to vote on the questions submitted. Executive Committee members are elected for two terms, at staggered intervals, at the AGM of the NAFC.

This sub-series contains the documentation from the first annual conference meeting in 1972 to the 28th annual general meeting in 1999. Meetings 2nd to 4th (1973-1975) as well as meetings 8th to 12th (1979-1983) are missing from this sub-series.
