To mark Dominion Day, the programme consists solely of Canadian compositions. The orchestra first performs the suite Three Impressions (composed by Robert Farnon), consisting of the movements High Street, In a Calm, and Manhattan Playboy. This is followed by: Pavane (comp. Georges-Émile Tanguay); Overture, from the musical comedy Timber! (comp. Dolores Claman); Promenade, for piano and strings (comp. Michel Perrault), with Chotem at the piano; The Tradesman (comp. Chotem); Cradle Song (comp. Alexander Brott); Canadian Panorama (comp. Chotem).
