The sheets show: (1) Commissioners St. elevation, St. Paul St. elevation -- (2) St. Lawrence street elevation, section through court -- (3) Ground floor, first floor, second floor -- (4) North-south section, east-west section -- (5) Third floor, attic. The high rubble-stone wall, presents a bleak face on the St. Lawrence side. The structure is actually two separate buildings one facing on St. Paul St., the other on Commissioners. Part of the seventeenth-century house was incorporated in the present structure, including some splendid stone vaulting under the ground-floor level.
