Her husband enters and bids her adieu. He kisses her and then leaves. She enters the library of the house and searches aimlessly through one of the shelves. There she comes across a small box containing a dried rose and a note inscribed, "All my happiness". She is confused and quite upset by this. Later, the husband returns to find her draped over a chair in the library, distraught. She shows him the flower and the note and demands an explanation. As he begins to explain there is a dissolve to a flashback of the couple paying a visit to a poor family in the country. The young husband gives the poor woman some money and she, in return, gives the wife some flowers. The couple returns home happy. There is a dissolve back to the present. The wife, recalling the history of the rose, forgives the husband. They kiss.Language:Silent with English intertitlesNotes:Genre:DRAMADetailed holdings information: -
