Series consists of instructional and promotional films detailing the world-wide operations of INCO Limited and its subsidiaries. The films explain mining and refining technologies, and illustrate various uses for nickel, nickel alloys, copper, and palladium. Included is extensive footage of the development of Thompson, Manitoba from site surveys in the 1950s through to the early 1970s. Also included is a documentary about the history of minin in Northern Ontario, with emphasis on the contribution made by INCO, broadcast by Global Television on 22 September 1991. Series also includes oral history interviews with retired INCO miners, recorded in the early 1970s.
