The document has one red wax seal in the upper left corner of sheet one. A bluish-green ribbon is affixed under the wax seal. One pink archival ribbon is binding all the sheets together attached under the seal. Adjacent to a signature block on sheet four is a one five-sided piece of paper on which is a blue crest of a bull's head and the words "HOLD FAST".

The document is laminated with tissue. Edges are worn, dirty, and small pieces are missing. A brown stain is on the lower left corner of sheet one, opposite the wax seal. Red stains are on upper left corner of most of the sheets, probably from the wax seal.
