The document has two covered seals. A single red wax seal is situated on top of a white ribbon which was probably used to hold sheets together. A single pink ribbon is holding the sheets together. Red ink was used for underlining.

The document is laminated with tissue. The edges are worn and small pieces are missing. There is a brown and red stain opposite the wax seal. The fold lines are worn and dirty with small pieces missing.
