Physical description note:

The document has four doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures, possibly reproduced by a copyist, and four covered seals.

Note on the state of conservation:

The document is laminated with tissue. At least 1/3 of sheet is missing and has been replaced. Several holes still exist. The doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures are not identified by name. The docket title is pieced in from blue-grey paper, while majority of leaf is cream coloured.
