On pages 1 and 2, there are has six doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures, six covered seals on each page, and a wax seal on each page. The wax seal on page one is cracked and has pieces missing. The wax seal on page two is cracked but intact. A map covers the top third of the right side of page two. It is coloured with blue, yellow, and brown.

The document is laminated with tissue. There is some air bubbling on the bottom left corner. A piece is missing below the top right corner, Small holes from folder are on the left side.
