On page one of the document, there are 2 wax seals, five covered seals and five doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures. There is also two pieces of pink archival ribbon which was used for binding the document and probably in relation to one wax seal on page four. Four small holes in top left corner of each sheet were probably used for binding the document.

The document is laminated with tissue. Small pieces are missing along the edges. There is a stain on the lower left corner of page one. Invisible tape was used on the lower fold line of page three.

This document is also available on microfilm reel T-9938.

Date reads as the "Thirty Eighth year of the reign of Our Great Father King George the Third" placing this treaty around 1798-1799.
