Item is a fire insurance plan of Toronto, Ontario. It includes five unnumbered sheets: a title page, a page of text concerning the 2nd edition; a table of contents including the beginning of the street index and two additional street index pages. Plates are numbered 1-50. Plate 1 is of a Key Plan. Plate 30 is of "Hiawatha Island, St. George's ward, City of Toronto" in which the "water lines and buildings are only approximately located from sketch survey". Plate 43 is "Formerly Parkdale".
