This sub-sub-series consists mainly of records produced by two Office of the Prime Minister - Operations Unit staff members: Caroline Chrétien and Julie Mongeon. The files concern the duties and functions of staff members who assisted the Prime Minister in his trips and advance team missions (i.e. making logistical preparations, etc.).

This sub-sub-series contains correspondence, administrative forms, briefing books, mission logs, timetables and itineraries.

Arrangement note:

Documents are classified according to their origin, and arranged into two separate sets: those of Caroline Chrétien, and those of Julie Mongeon. Within each set, files are arranged chronologically by activity date.

The files of Caroline Chrétien start in container 1,139 and cover the period from 1994 to 1998. The files of Julie Mongeon start in container 1,141, file 21, and cover the period from 1997 to 2002.
