Consists of drawings of the six man Pointer boat used in the Ottawa Valley lumber industry. Plans include: side and plan view of the Pointer; frame details, frame and planking details; steam, oarlock, oar details; and strong back construction. The cover sheet in the form of a map of Ottawa River from Quyon to Pembroke was also prepared by Howard Patterson, Arnprior, Ontario.
