Series includes docket files for books, brochures, and posters printed by Coach House, including both Coach House publications and job printing. The files contain various items such as proofs, manuscripts, design templates, transparencies, and monographs. Each job was given a four digit docket number (found in each file title) and stored in an oversized docket envelope. These envelopes often contain notes and annotations which specify the price, the client for whom the job was performed, the title of the work, and other information about the printing process. Also included in the series is a list of docket numbers created by Coach House for printing and publishing jobs.

The original docket envelopes have been kept within the series. Files containing docket envelopes have been created, and are located in the last sub-volume of the related box.
