Propaganda film that lays the blame for the Second World War at the feet of the Nazis and their leaders. Opening shot shows a statue of an eagle resting on the wreathed swastika, superimposed over the Nazi legions at the Nuremburg rally and the accusing title placed over that image. Narrator invokes and indentifies with all the workers of Europe, shown plying their various trades. This footage of workers is superimposed over footage of soldiers at war with the narrator asking "Who sent us to kill? Whos is to blame?". An image of a worker stoking the heart of a salute. Men, women and children are shown enthusiastically greeting members of the Nazi party as stormtroopers survey the Nuremburg rally, at his side are Rudolf Hess and Heinrich Himmler. Narrator angrily proclaims that "These are the men. They are to blame!" as close-ups of Hitler, Hess, Hermann Goering, and Josef Goebbels are shown. Each of these men take abridged biography of their pathetic lives before finding acceptance in the Nazi Party. Julius Streicher is also shown spewing (dubbed) anti-Semetic rhetoric.~As the rally concludes and the soldiers orderly goose-step out of the stadium, the mockingly asking "Where is your triumph now?" over images of German grave sites and frozen Nazi corpses at Stalingrad. Hope is reserved by the narrator for the children of the Hitler Youth, who may not be fully tainted by the stigma of Nazism, "who may yet be our comrades and brothers, workers and makers". An agressive pronouncement that there will be "no pardon or pity" for those Nazi leaders who taught a nation "the business of death" leads to a conclusion of edited shots of Hitler, Goering, Hess, and Goebbels, promising that "They will be put down...forever". <11mn>
