It shows: Pearson at night, walking in airport in New York City (background noise drowns out wild sound at times); Pearson getting into car and driving past the airport; more wild sound from this sequence, but with no matching visuals; audio of sound man announcing that there are no shots of the airport waiting room and that it is wild sound; Pearson shown arriving in New York City at night; shots of airport; windshield wipers of the car making noise; the car in midtown tunnel approaching Manhattan from Queens; the tunnel; the Manhattan skyline; the United Nations; Pearson in the United Nations General Assembly (shown with Paul Martin?); speaker giving speech in French, while sound technician keeps announcing that it is wild sound, and with a lot of background noise; another person speaks to the Assembly about social and economic reform; men having a drink; chauffeurs outside building; men Pearson leaving the UN; police escort for other diplomats; President John F.
